Physiotherapist led Exercise Class for the Over-60s

 

We meet on Mondays at 9.30am in the Queen Street East Hall — 45 minutes of rhythmical exercise using all types of music to help to tone you up, stretch you out, and slacken you off!
No part of the class is compulsory and individuals can decide whether or not to sit out part of the time if necessary.
This is a delightful class full of laughter and fun. If you're looking to meet new people, or exercise and catch up with old friends this is the ideal place to do it!
You can’t turn back the clock but you can certainly wind it up again!
